Answer: Our primary business location is in Lebanon PA. However we conduct our business via the internet which allows us to be a global enterprise.
 
How long have you been in business?
Answer: We are currently in our startup phase. 2009 is when our company was founded and our website was built.
 
What are your hours of operation?
Answer: We operate our support 24/7/365. Our website is available for your convenient login 24 hours a day as well.

How much is the cost of the membership on the site?
Answer: The cost to use our site is only $10 per month. You get full access to all of the features within the website for that price. You do not have access to the Rep tools at this price.
 
How long will it take to be able to use the site once I have signed up to be a member of LifeTrax?
Your membership and access to the LifeTrax website and all of its useful tools will be available immediately after you sign up.
 
How does the charge appear on my credit card?
Answer: The charge for your LifeTrax membership will show as LifeTrax LLC.
 
Do you provide a money back guarantee?

How much does it cost to be a Rep?
Answer: To be a Rep you only need to pay an additional $4.95 per month to have access to your back office and all of the marketing, training and sales tools that are available to you. 
 
How much money can I make as a Rep?
Answer: We offer a compensation plan like no other. Your ability to earn an income is basically unlimited. However, under no circumstances could we tell you how much money YOU can make because it all depends on your level of ambition and commitment to LifeTrax. Earning an income is 100% possible but not at all guaranteed. So you tell us….How much money will you make? You decide!
 
Do I get paid just for signing people up as reps?
Answer: No, you only get paid when you successfully enroll someone as a member of the LifeTrax website and they become a customer. We sell memberships to our website as our commissionable product. Someone’s choice to be a Rep is completely separate and you earn commissions on their website membership, not on them becoming a Rep.   The length of time they continue to use and pay for their website membership is the length of time you will get paid your monthly commissions. 
 
Can I change from Rep to User or User To Rep?
Answer: Yes! At any time if you decide to change your status from User to Rep, or Rep to User, you can simply make a request by sending an email to Support@LifeTrax.com . Be sure to include your current login info, Rep ID#, name and phone number. Your request will be processed within 72 hours.
 
How do I change my Password?
Answer: If you are a rep, you can change your password by accessing your back office through the “Rep Login” tab at the top. Changing your password if you are a user only, is not currently available as an option (oops) but we are working on this for you. 
 
How do I pay for my LifeTrax Membership?
Answer: We gladly accept Visa, Master Card, or Discover. The membership fee will be automatically charged to your credit card monthly for as long as you choose to be a member of LifeTrax.
 
Is it safe to enter personal information in the website?
Answer: Yes, our website is encrypted and we use http://authorize.net to process secure online transactions.
 
What is your cancellation policy?
Answer: We offer a 30 day 100% satisfaction guarantee on our membership site at http://LifeTrax.com. Please see our full cancellation policy in footer of the LifeTrax website.
 
How do I cancel my membership?
Answer:  If you would like to cancel your membership at any time please email us at Cancel@LifeTrax.com. Please allow up to 72 hours to receive a confirmation email, though it’s usually much faster.
 
How do I learn how to use the pages in LifeTrax.                                                                                                                                                              
Answer:  At the top of each page there is a blue question mark.  Click the question mark to view a tutorial.
 
Why does only half of the MyTrax page print?
Answer:  In most cases you should print your MyTrax page in "landscape" instead of "portrait".
