Refunds and Cancellations

LifeTrax offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on our memberships.  You have 30 days to try our site, and if you don't like it for any reason, simply send an email to Cancel@LifeTrax.com and we will refund your money promptly, no questions asked.  Please allow us up to 72 hours to confirm your cancellation request has been processed.

If you have been a member for more than 30 days and wish to cancel at any time simply send an email to Cancel@LifeTrax.com and we will refund the last months membership fee that was paid.  Prior months membership fees will not be refunded.

Phone Number

Address (The one we have on file)

Your Rep ID # (If you are a Rep)

IMPORTANT!!!  If you simply wish to change your membership status from User to Rep OR Rep to User, then write your request to Support@LifeTrax.com with all of the same information as above.  We will process your request within 72 Hours.  This is not the same as cancelling and should be used if you want to remain a member of LifeTrax, but upgrade or downgrade your account.
